Each individual may hold only one account — operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if detected, all associated accounts will be closed. It is your responsibility to keep your password and login credentials completely confidential and not to share them with any third party. Any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account must be reported to the ck10 support team immediately. ck10 may request a national ID card or other valid documentation at any time for identity verification purposes.
All users of the ck10 platform are required to comply with applicable Bangladeshi laws, and using the platform for any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to access the platform or manipulate the gaming system using automated software, bots, scripts, or other unauthorised tools will result in immediate account termination. Harassing other users, sending hateful messages, or engaging in any form of fraudulent behaviour is strictly forbidden. Players, officials, or individuals connected to a sports event may not place bets on that specific event. If money laundering or suspicious financial activity is detected, ck10 is obligated to notify the relevant authorities and may freeze the account pending investigation. All transactions on the ck10 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳), with deposits and withdrawals available through approved payment methods including bKash and Nagad. To deposit funds, users must use a payment account registered in their own name; payments from third-party accounts are not accepted. Withdrawal requests typically take 1–3 business days to process and may be delayed until identity verification is complete.
